Terms of serivce
These terms govern the manufacturing, wholesale supply, and OEM/ODM services provided by Nailio Global. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing for business purposes (B2B).

01 General Provisions
Nailio Global (“Supplier”, “We”) specializes in the B2B manufacture and wholesale of press-on nails. The “Buyer” (“Client”, “You”) agrees that all purchases are for commercial use, resale, or professional application.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties unless a separate manufacturing contract has been signed. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued business implies acceptance of the updated terms.
02 Orders & Production
Key Policy: Sample Approval
For OEM/ODM orders, mass production will not begin until a pre-production sample (PPS) is physically or digitally approved by the Buyer. The approved sample serves as the quality benchmark for the bulk order.
MOQ:
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply per design/SKU. Standard MOQ is 50-100 boxes for stock items and 500-1000+ boxes for custom OEM orders, subject to specific material requirements.
Lead Times:
Estimated production times (typically 15-25 days) commence only after the deposit is received and all artwork/samples are approved. Lead times are estimates and not guarantees, though we strive for punctuality.
Order Chages
Changes requested after production has started may incur additional costs or delays. Cancellations of custom orders after material procurement will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
03 Payment Terms
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30%-50% is required to initiate production or reserve stock.
Balance
The remaining balance is due prior to shipment (EXW/FOB terms). Goods will not be released until full payment clears.
Accepted Methods: T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal (for samples/small orders only), or Alibaba Trade Assurance. All banking charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.
04 Shipping & Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, all terms are EXW (Ex Works) Nanjing or FOB (Free on Board) for larger containers.
Customs & Duties: The Buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees in the destination country.
Shipping Insurance: We recommend purchasing shipping insurance. Our liability for loss or damage ceases once goods are handed over to the carrier/freight forwarder.
Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, shipping carriers, or force majeure events.
05 Quality Assurance & Returns
Inspection Period
The Buyer must inspect goods within 7 days of receipt. Claims for defects, shortages, or incorrect items must be made in writing within this period, accompanied by photo/video evidence.
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of OEM/ODM manufacturing:
- Custom Orders: Non-returnable and non-refundable unless distinct manufacturing defects are proven against the approved sample.
- Stock Orders: Returns may be accepted at our discretion within 14 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping.
- Color Variance: Slight color variations may occur between batches or digital screens and physical products. These are not considered defects.
06 Intellectual Property
Your Designs: We respect your IP. Custom artwork and private label packaging designs provided by the Buyer remain the Buyer’s property. We will not sell your specific custom designs to other parties without permission.
Our Designs: Generic styles, molds, and “White Label” catalog designs developed by Nailio Global remain our intellectual property and may be sold to other clients unless an exclusive agreement is signed.
